Forming a local 14u Hoover AAU team.
Location Hoover Met. New name, jerseys, adding 1-2 paid coaches depending on demand.
March -July With 10+ tournaments…. Budgeting around $1,000 a player.
Will form a small board of parents after tryouts for jersery budget, name, jersey and practice schedule. Demand determines court space but a local Hoover team is the goal. We ran budgets for YBOA league and tourniments last season. YBOA is mostly local which is nice to reduce travel. Could have 10 local tournaments this way.
Exciting opportunity the more game situations a player has the better the player gets.
